Expectations Essay

In my life i have liked both Technology, and Music. I know how to work well with computers and any kind of technology when it comes to phones, game systems, laptops, Televisions, inside of a computer, and anyother home or handheld devices. I really love music, its my life. I like to listen to Rock music which got me into playing the drums, and im good at it. I would play the drums mostly everyday when i was at my cousins house in Florida. Drums are a kool and nice talent that i enjoy to the fullest and maybe one day i could join a band.

My mother and father are very proud of me for my accomplishments i made in life. It was really my dad and my mother who got me into Technology, my father knows well about technology since hes a buisness man. My music life was my stepfather, he was the one who introduced me to Rock music and the Drums since he was a drummer himself. They all expect me to do good in school and become what I wanna be in life and stick to it.

I do have my plans set in life so far. I want to finnish high school and hopefully by then i will have my choice of either working with computers and technology or become a drummer and try to join or make a band and become famous. Then after i finnish high school i wanna go to college for my career. Then after i finnish college with all my degrees, i will follow the path to my career and hopefully it will become a big sucessful decsion for me.

Interpreting The Quote

"If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion."

-Dalai Lama, Tibet Buddhist Monk

Interpreting:

I believe this quote means if yo wanna make yourfriends or family members happy, then be nice, friendly and considerate to eachother. If you wanna feel good about your self, then do something with family or friends or the community that can help achieve a goal.

Agree/Disagree:

I agree with the quote because it is true. Helping out someone make not just that person feel good and have a positive reaction twoards you, but at the same time makes you feel good about yourself.

Supporting Answer:

I remember one time in school my friend Elizabeth had a big project assignment that was due in a day. She was really depressed beacuse she didnt think she was going to finish it. I came then and offered her help, and she approved, and within the day we got it done. She was really happy and thanked me so much for helping her. I felt good about myself because I helped someone who need help, and she was happy which also made me feel happy.
